1-Year Limited Warranty On Battery, Motor, Controller For Manufacturing Defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover:-
1. Water Damages
2. Wear & Tear
3. Undercharge / Overcharge
4. Accident / Road Hazards
5. Improper Use
5. After Customization / Serviced by Unauthorized People

Please Take Note:

1. Customers Have To Bear The Return Shipping Fee For Repair Services. We Are Not Obliged To Bear Any Return Shipping Fees. For KL & Klang Valley Areas, We Provide Scooter Pick Up Services With A Fee Of RM30-50/Trip Depending On The Distance.

2. If Warranty Claim Approved, Customers Will Be Able To Get A Sparepart (Battery, Motor, Controller) Replacement For Free.
